If the product packaging or official website content indicates a different warranty period, the SUNLU terms of service will

apply to the different warranty period;

This warranty is void if non-SUNLU accessories are or have been used with the product, or if any modification or repair

has been made to the product by any service station or other person not authorized by SUNLU. This warranty does not

apply to product defects or damage caused by:

(1) Inadvertent use of the product;

(2) Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, repair or improper installation of the product;

(3) Product wearing parts (thermistor/heating tube/nozzle/Teflon tube/magnetic platform, etc., beyond three months)

(3) Short circuit or transient in circuit;

(4) heat, humidity, moisture or ambient temperature beyond the product specification;

(5) Use replacement parts not provided by SUNLU;

(6) Improper product maintenance;

(7) accident, fire, flood or other force majeure;
